This is a spot we like to regulary hit, Hampton State Forest. One of our personal favourites. The place has some wicked trails that weave for kilometres. There's terrain for all sorts, from total beginners to the hardcore, hill-attacking, rut-rock-n-root bouncing, speed junkies.

In regards to staying over, we usually hit one of a few options depending on where we decide to ride; there's by the road (at the campground/picnic area), or deep along the trails at various secret Corroboree sites, where weird explosions can be heard, amongst the din generated by crazed units re-creating a scene from Mad Max at night, sans-headlights.

The rigs (more so the driver) supplying your gear will dictate the place you should pull up at. Mind you, we've managed to run a low-riding herse of a Hemi, towing a fully stocked trailer laden with bikes up the knarliest of fire trails that most 4WD's have baulked at. (Like I said, it depends on the driver).
